Game Rules

1. Players must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of maturity in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. Players are responsible for determining the laws that apply to online gambling in their jurisdiction.
3. Only one account is allowed per household unless you meet the criteria for a second account in your household.
4. The purchase of all cards is final. Different card minimums and maximums apply in each hall, see Halls Page for full details.
5. All games are played automatically and do not require the player to be logged in. Winners are notified by email. Make sure you stay and join the chat games for more chances to win.
6. If there is more than one winner, the prize and or jackpot will be shared equally between all winners, unless otherwise specified in the case of physcial prizes as cash alternative may be given and split accordingly.
7. Players are only allowed to access the game and chat with a single account. Players using multiple accounts in one or more rooms simultaneously risk being barred from chat permanently and may have their account(s) locked.
8. In order to qualify for bonuses in Chat Games, the player must have deposited and must have purchased cards for the current game and be actively in chat.
9. Real money will always be wagered first.
10. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.
11. Bonus money can only be used for purchasing bingo cards and for playing the in-game Slots and Scratch Cards. Bonus money cannot be used to play games accessed via the "More Games" button.
12. When a player makes a withdrawal, any un-redeemed bonus funds in the Bonus Balance and any balance in the Bonus Reserve are removed.
13. Funds which are redeposited into a player's account following the reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.

Prize Draw and Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Draws and Contests are open players aged 18 or over, except for Employees of our parent company or any of our licensees, software suppliers and developers, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.
2. A player's total number of prize draw entries is defined as the total amount of approved deposits with any payment method in their bingo account during each contest period divided by 20. The transactions may not be charged back or reversed.
3. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferrable.
4. We reserve the right to award a different prize of similar stature if the advertised prize is not available for any reason.
5. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw. If they are not contactable within a further 48 hours via phone or email we will redraw the prize winner.
6. We require confirmation from the chosen prize winners that they have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions before any prizes are issued. If the fore mentioned confirmation has not been received within four working days of the initial winner status notification, we reserve the right to pick a new winner(s).
7. We reserve the right to use any winner's first name, country and/or state/province for promotional material. Full name and full address details will not be used. The winner may be invited to take part in post-event publicity.
8. We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that we deems to be abusive, they reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, assembly or recall problems in association with the product purchased with gift card.
10. We have no liability to the winner, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage (including consequential loss) the winner, partner of choice or any third party suffers or incurs arising out of or in connection with the prize.
11. All times and dates are based on GMT.
12. All monetary values are in GBP pounds unless otherwise stated.
13. We are unable to ship prizes outside the UK, so a cash or bonus alternative (or equivalent at prevailing exchange rate) will be available for non-UK residents only.
14. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. We will not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion.

Chat Room Etiquette

1. Respect the CM and her authority at all times.
2. Please do not write in capital letters in the chat room unless requested to do so by the CM.
   CMs are required to use CAPITAL letters as it helps players to see instructions.
3. Choose your user name wisely. Please keep your name appropriate and in good taste.
4. No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs will be allowed in chat.
5. No impersonating of any other player is permitted.
6. No harassment, arguing or disrespectful attitudes towards other players or any CM will be tolerated.
7. Complaints are to be handled by e-mail to: carol@bingo777.com or help@bingo777.com. Please keep complaints out of chat.
8. Please do not endorse, solicit or promote any other sites in private or open chat.
9. Please do not use language that can be considered rude or offensive to any other player.
10. Comments regarding multiple wins, amount of cards played or that are not positive in manner will be considered rude and offensive. Any infraction of this rule could cause you to lose chat privledges.
